When the Pandemic erupted no-one was prepared for the changes it brought to the workspace. It obligated many Organizations to relook and re-align their purposes. Anything they are doing was failing, businesses were impacted hard and revenues were fallen drastically. It has forced companies to experiment and not just restructure, rather re-invent their business models to succeed.
Organizations need to act fast and organizations that adapted fast have the most benefits.
